![]() New members please note: All memberships are processed after 7pm If you registered after 7pm, your membership won't be approved until 7pm the next day *Eirian* will post your personal welcome message in the 'Welcome New Members' section Forum Rules IMPORTANT - SWCLUB ACTIVE MEMBER RULES 7 DAY RULE - NEW MEMBERS As a New Member your name will show up on the forum homepage in grey [New Member] Once members register with SWClub they have 7 days to make their first posts in the forum. If, after 7 days, a member has not posted in the forum and their post count is still 0, then that account will be deleted. Once members' accounts are deleted, they will not be able to access the forum again, unless they register for a new account. They can use the same username (provided it's still available) and email account, but they will have to go through the whole registration process again. 30 DAY RULE - KITCHEN CLUB MEMBERS As a Kitchen Club Member your name will show up on the forum homepage in purple [Kitchen Club Member] Members can apply for Kitchen Club Membership once they have been a member for over 4 weeks and have over 50 forum posts. (Note: welcome posts and posts with one word or image do not qualify) If a Kitchen Club Member does not post in the general forum for 30 days, then their kitchen club access is revoked. Once revoked, there is a waiting period of 30 days to gain access again, during which time the member must continue posting to qualify. 30 DAY RULE - MEMBERS LOUNGE To join the Members Lounge you need to have been a member of the forum for at least 30 days, have a post count of 50+, and you must have an active Blog/Album/Buddy Thread (which are housed in the members lounge forum) 60 DAY RULE - ALL MEMBERS IMPORTANT If members do not log into the forum for 60 days, then their accounts are deemed inactive and their accounts will be Lapsed and deactivated. This means they will no longer be able to access the forum and will have to set up a new account again with a brand new profile. All their existing profile information and post count etc will be lost and is unrecoverable. REPUTATION & THANKS RULES To GIVE reputation points to other members, you must have over 100 posts and have RECEIVED over 10 reputation points yourself to qualify (these rules have been put into place because of misuse in the past).
